Mental Health Awareness

We encourage everyone to invite us for conducting mental health awareness meeting and training session at their organization, institute, school, college, industries, clubs and communities. Mental illness can affect anyone and it is important to be educated and prepared. By attending this program, you can understand and identifying early symptoms regarding mental health issues and promote a culture of openness and support for people facing mental health challenges.

Counselling Services

Khushali Mental Health Foundation provides counselling services to people facing mental health issues and challenges. Our counselling services includes mental health counselling, deaddiction counselling, child guidance, family and relationship counselling.

Support and Care

People facing mental health issue will be provided care and suport by the volunteers of Khushali Mental Health Foundation.

Mental Health Referral

Mental health is an essential aspect of our overall wellbeing and it is important to seek early help whenever an individual struggles in life due to mental health issues. However, many people do not know where to ask for help or where to go for mental health support. Khushali Mental Health Foundation will guide such people to experts and facilities available nearby.

Happiness Workshop

The workshop may begin with a brief introduction to the science of happiness, including an overview of the latest research on the factors that contribute to happiness and well-being. Participants may learn about the benefits of positive emotions, such as joy, gratitude, and contentment, and explore strategies for increasing these emotions in their daily lives.

Behavioural Training

Behavioral training include strategies for overcoming barriers to behavior change, such as cognitive restructuring, problem-solving, and stress management techniques. These skills help individuals to identify and manage factors such as negative thinking patterns, conflicting priorities, or external stressors that may interfere with their ability to adopt new behaviors.
